Officers & Directors

Brian J. Cali has been a Director of the Company and a member of the Bank's Board of Directors since February of 2001. He is the managing owner of Brian J. Cali and Associates, a Pennsylvania law firm located in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law for over 40 years. Mr. Cali is also the owner of several businesses located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. His legal background and business management experience provide a wealth of knowledge in his role as Director and Chairman.

Michael J. McDonald has been a Director of the Company since 1999 and a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 1994. He is a partner with the law firm of McDonald and MacGregor, LLC, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. His education and legal expertise provide valuable insight for the Company and Bank. 

John T. Cognetti has served as a Director of the Company since 1999 and has served as a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 1988. Mr. Cognetti is the former President of Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. With his background, education, and more than 45 years of experience in real estate brokerage, he provides insight on issues, trends, and values in the regional and national commercial real estate markets. He also advises the Board on Bank-owned real estate matters. Through his experience hiring and managing sales professionals, Mr. Cognetti shares additional insight on personnel, marketing, and management issues.

Daniel J. Santaniello has served as a Director of the Company and a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since March 2011. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and Bank since December 2010, after previously serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in May 2004. Mr. Santaniello brings a broad knowledge of banking, gained through his many years of experience in the industry.

HelenBeth Garofalo Vilcek has been a Director of the Company and member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 2020. She is the owner of Garofalo Real Estate, a property management company located in Easton, Pennsylvania. Ms. Vilcek also serves on the board and chairs the audit committee at the Bank of Bird-in-Hand in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania and was an original investor with the former Premier Bank, Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Active in the community, Ms. Vilcek is a Past Grand Matron of the Order of Eastern Star for the state of Pennsylvania. Her experience and community involvement provide valuable insight for the Company and Bank.

William J. Joyce, Sr. has been a Director of the Company and member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 2020. Mr. Joyce is the former Principal of Joyce Insurance Group in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Mr. Joyce has expertise in risk assessment and management, as well as financial statement preparation, review, and analysis. He holds an associate degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Culinary Institute of America and a Property & Casualty Insurance License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  His education, experience, and community involvement provide valuable insight for the Company and Bank.

Alan Silverman has been a Director of the Company and member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 2020. Mr. Silverman has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years and operates his own firm specializing in meeting the needs of the healthcare industry. He is one of the founders and CEO of PrimeMed P.C. Mr. Silverman has acted as President of not-for-profit nursing home corporations, serving the Medicaid community, and is a past President of Glen Oak Country Club. Mr.Silverman’s background provides valuable financial knowledge for the Company and Bank.

Paul C. Woelkers has served as a Director of the Company and a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since July 2021. He founded Lackawanna Mobile X-Ray, expanding the company throughout seven states in the Mid-Atlantic region before selling it in 2010. He is now President of Lackawanna Mobile X-Ray, reacquiring 170 former clients back into his service network. Mr. Woelkers served as a member of the Board of Directors of the former Landmark Bancorp Inc. His business leadership experience provides valuable knowledge for the Company and Bank.

James Clemente brings more than 45 years of experience in accounting and consulting as Managing Partner at Snyder & Clemente, where he specializes in taxation, estate and gift planning, business acquisitions, and IRS representation. He recently served as a director for another local community bank. Clemente is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rocco DelVecchio is a highly accomplished financial services executive with decades of leadership experience across commercial, retail, small business, and wealth management. Most recently, he served as Consultant for Fidelity Bank (2020–2024). Rocco's impressive career includes senior leadership roles as President & Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at another area bank, managing multi-billion-dollar loan and deposit portfolios and driving profitable growth strategies.
