Michael J. Pacyna joined the Bank on April 14, 2015, as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Lending Officer and, in 2025, assumed the role of Chief Credit Officer. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Pacyna spent 26½ years with PNC Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Corporate Manager, based in Scranton, PA.
